Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 12 noon. If you need an earlier check-in or a later check-out, just let us know and we will do our best, subject to availability.

Pick your villa and dates, then send us the request on WhatsApp, or call or email if you prefer. We confirm availability and your best direct price, usually within minutes, and guide you through the rest personally.

Let us know as soon as possible. If we are able to sell your dates to other guests, we refund your advance in full. The earlier you tell us, the better the chance we can do that.

Yes, pets are welcome at almost all our villas. Just tell us in advance so the villa team can be prepared for your furry friend. Some of our partner villas cannot take pets, so do mention them when you enquire.

Loud parties and outside guests are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted inside the rooms (outdoor areas are fine). Our villas are private homes and we ask guests to treat them that way.

Yes. Every villa comes with housekeeping staff, and your host team is available on call 24/7 throughout your stay.

Yes. Private chefs, airport pickups, barbecue nights, yacht charters and celebrations can all be arranged before you arrive. Just tell us when you book.
